Overview
Kashmir is a region in the northwestern Indian subcontinent that is part of the Himalayan Mountain arc. It is bordered by China to the northeast and east, Pakistan to the west, Afghanistan to the northwest, and the Indian states of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab to the south. The region has a total area of about 85,800 square miles (222,200 square km).
Kashmir is mostly mountainous and includes peaks of the Karakoram Range, such as K2. The climate of the region varies from the hot plains of Jammu to the snow-capped heights of Gulmarg and the mud peak of Mount Godwin Austin.
Kashmir has been a source of dispute between India and Pakistan since the partition of the Indian subcontinent in 1947. Both countries claim the Muslim-majority territory in full but control only part of it. Pakistan occupies the northern and western parts, while India administers the largest area in the south and southeast. India’s portion of Kashmir is organized as the union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and has two capital cities: Srinagar (summer) and Jammu (winter).

Tour Plan
- Upon reach at Srinagar airport, meet our representative and transfer to Srinagar hotel.
- Overnight stay at Srinagar.
- Morning after breakfast transfer to Pahalgam the distance of 140 kms will be covered in about 3-4 hours’ Drive thought the pine forests. And enjoy Ladder stream.
- Later walk along pony trails with a magnificent view of the mountains, same day sightseeing of Pahalgam to visit nearby places like Lidderriver /Amusement Park.
- Overnight stay at Pahalgam
- After Breakfast, full day sightseeing in Pahalgam by visiting Aru valley, Betaab valley, Chandanwari, by local cab in pahalgam.
- Enjoy pony ride for Mamleshwar temple Baisaran valley poshwan park Dobivan etc then drive for Srinagar.
- Over night stay at Srinagar houseboat.
- After breakfast check out at houseboat and transfer to Srinagar hotel.
- Post refreshment tour of the famous Mugal Gardens, Temple and Shikara ride.
- You will be visiting Nishat Garden (garden of peasure) and Shalimar garden, Cheshmashai bagh, Peri Mehal (literally known as token of love).
- At evening back to hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
- After breakfast at morning start tour to Sonmarg. The distance of 80 kms will be covered in about 2-3 hours. Sonmarg lies in Sindh Valley streamed with flowers and surrounded by mountains. Sonmarg is also the base for some interesting treks to the high-altitude Himalayan Lakes.
- You can visit Thajiwas Galicers, evening back to hotel.
- Overnight stay at Srinagar.
- Morning after breakfast transfer to Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers) 2730 Mts. Above the sea level. The distance of 65 kms be covered in about 2 hours. Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes.
- Enjoy cable car Gondola ride visiting Khilanmarg and others Activities (i.e., Horse riding, Pony ride etc.).
- Over night stay at Srinagar.
- After Morning breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport.
